The Dorje Drolo Drubcho that we are going to practice during this retreat week was composed by His Holiness Dudjom Rinpoche and consists in an intensive recitation of a text including numerous specific visualisations (meditations) and their respective mantras.
Bhutan is a particularly sacred area, where Vajrayana Buddhism has been able to flourish and remain, hardly affected by modernization. Guru Rinpoche travelled through Bhutan before going to Tibet and blessed places which are now very sacred pilgrimage spots.
During this trip, Namkha Rinpoche will grant special empowerments and transmission of the Düdjom Tersar tradition, in this country that was so dear to the hearts of H.H. Düdjom Rinpoche and Dungse Thinle Norbu Rinpoche.
On April 13 - 14, 2013, His Holiness the Dalai Lama was in Switzerland, in Forum Fribourg during 2 days for teachings about « Daily meditation, source of inner peace », an empowerment of White Tara and a public talk about « Ethics beyond religions ».
